25+ years in London, New York and Australia. Leadership roles at Weapon7, UM, Dentsu and BBDO. A recognised authority on consumer psychology and evidence-based marketing. Author of four contrarian books on advertising, attention and culture. He might disagree with your assumptions. This is a feature, not a bug.

GAVIN GORDON

Grew up in Zimbabwe. Learned the craft at Y&R. Founded Max & Co in Aberdeen in the 1990s - an innovative design and technology studio way ahead of its time. Photographer, technologist, and the one who takes care of business. He also knows the shot is about the idea, not the camera. But he’ll still bring a proper one.

RYAN BATTLES

20+ years spearheading multi-channel B2C/B2B/B2E strategy and operations for luxury, travel, auto, retail, media and tech. Ex-journo at Associated Press and FT Business. Heads up TSW’s London front. Along the way, he also wrote four cult novels about Acid House culture. The two careers are more related than they first appear.
